WatchIt© is a very clever app that will do the job of keeping an eye on all of those important items for you. If you need to make sure that it's kept up to date and attended to, then simply let WatchIt© watch it.

It doesn't really matter what it is, or who is supposed to keep it updated. If you want it to be 'watched' then just point WatchIt© at it and just say what interval of "this hasn't been touched" to apply before raising the alarm. E.G. You ask it to 'Watch' your company COVID compliance checklist, mandatory training documents and some price lists and to let you and key staff know if these ever fail to be updated properly.

Everything is diligently updated without issue for a few weeks and so, all is quiet.Then,..Ping, you get an email. The COVID checklist has been overlooked and WatchIt© makes everybody aware in a timely fashion.

Watched items might be on your own PC (yes, you might forget something too, it happens). Some things may be on a work server, somewhere on your global business network, or even on the internet.

WatchIt© can watch multiple items and each can be easily set for how long before WatchIt© raises the alarm and fires off an email. You can set who gets the email for each individual watched item (up to 3 email addresses) and even ask for repeat reminder notifications to be sent if the item still remains unaltered.

If you're a manager and want to get regular oversight updates on how everything is going, then WatchIt© can even complie and send a separate status summary report on all the items being watched for your team.
